Emmie is responsible for creating an integrated, company-wide client experience. She oversees omni-channel CX, digital, marketing and communications efforts – driving sales effectiveness, and strengthening Co-operators reputation as a trusted Canadian financial-services provider.
Among her achievements at Co-operators, Emmie has led the digitization of home and auto insurance sales capabilities, as well as the company’s largest-ever rebrand strategy, putting a modern spin on a brand with 75 years of history.
Emmie has a track record of industry success across CX, marketing and digital – for companies like Air Miles, Bank of Montreal and Canada Life. She is a professional mentor and a speaker on women’s leadership initiatives. She is a member of the 407 International Inc. Board of Directors and a volunteer for Special Olympics Ontario – Mississauga.
She holds a BA (Hons.) in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Executive Leadership Program.
